About Rick Hager

Following my honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 1973, I transitioned into the green industry by accepting a position within the floriculture sector. This experience ignited a passion for plants, propelling me to pursue a career in horticulture. Throughout the subsequent years, I gained diverse industry exposure through involvement in nursery operations, floriculture, landscaping, and lawn & turf care businesses.

Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, I established my own business in 1989. Building a foundation upon honesty, integrity, and professionalism has been the cornerstone of my approach. I have embraced a customer-centric philosophy, believing that delivering on promises and promptly addressing any issues fosters trust and satisfaction. This commitment has fueled organic business growth through word-of-mouth referrals, eliminating the need for traditional advertising.
